Our Pom/Acro For Dance lessons are led by our amazing Acro & IDTA Coaches Miss Lucy & Miss Izzy!
These sessions are an excellent opportunity for current & new students to gain new skills, learn about the world of Pom Dance & Acrobatics, all in a safe, controlled & fun environment!
These classes are brilliant not just for flexibility & agility but to build strength & improve coordination & balance. Although you can of course join "Team Emeralds" as a stand alone class, we do always promote this class as an addition to our Performance Classes.
